Shipping and Return Policy

All orders are processed and shipped Mon-Fri, during standard business hours. Orders are received and processed within 1-2 business days after being placed.

Orders with in-stock items that are shipped via Ground Services, arrive within 3 – 5 business days. Orders with in-stock items that are shipped via Freight Services, arrive within 7-10 business days. Door and door frame orders have a lead time of 4-6 weeks depending on quantities ordered. All Door and frame orders are shipped vis Freight Services. Shipping times for any Special-Order items can vary widely depending on availability. Please contact us for details on Special-Order items.
